Captain Fantastic and the Brown Dirt Cowboy
I had forgotten about this Elton John song and album for years, until Brandi Carlisle showed it when she was interviewed about her collaboration with Elton John on the wonderful work, “Who Believes In Angels?”
Somehow Captain Fantastic and the Brown Dirt Cowboy was in our album collection when I was a young lad. I played it again and still remember every word.
